Salary: €1,600 gross/month + €75 bonus per completed school group + paid on-call duties.

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with one remote working day per week.

BEC Travels Ltd, a growing travel agency specialising in educational and cultural school trips, is looking for a highly organised, motivated and customer-oriented French-speaking Travel Coordinator to join its team in Nicosia.

You will be responsible for handling enquiries from French schools, preparing travel proposals, coordinating reservations and ensuring the smooth organisation of school group trips across Europe.

This role combines customer relations, travel planning and administrative coordination, with regular communication with our Paris office and international partners.

No previous experience in tourism is required. Full training will be provided.

• Respond to enquiries from French schools and teachers.
• Prepare personalised travel programmes, quotations and itineraries.
• Follow up on proposals and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate accommodation, transport, visits and activities with suppliers.
• Manage reservations and travel documents.
• Ensure smooth organisation and follow-up of school trips.
• Build strong relationships with schools and encourage repeat bookings.
• Participate in a rotating 24/7 emergency assistance on-call service during school trips, mainly in spring.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional and customer-oriented.
• Reliable, proactive and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable using computers and standard office applications.
• Able to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, reservations or coordination.
• Experience in tourism or hospitality is an advantage but not essential.

• Native French speaker with good English communication skills.
